this morning, and couldn't put my weight on the Bad Ankle. A shower and stretch (and short drive to work) later, the ankle is painfree and the bum and legs are bearable. Recovery walk this afternoon, I hope. Barkles Joins Gym!!!!!!You heard it here first, folks
