I've just found this compact rice cooker has anybody got one, used one or have any opinion's.I eat a lot of rice but like my food within 30min of finishing my run. Brown rice takes 30-35 min & I thought this might be a good idea! I have a rice

What is RICE, as in to help injuries as apposed to "Egg Fried" etc? Rest, Ice, Compress, Elevate For a starter aruably the most important of these is RestIce Compression and Elevation you do with niggles...rest you do with niggles that hurt
