pretty much... If you haven't done much tri training and go absolutely crazy at the sprint distance you will feel it... But all in all if your running half marathons you will be fine!

I have polar heart monitor which appears to work fine while walking but as soon as I start to run it displays readings around 175-185 bpm.After 15mins or so it seems to correct it's self and displays 120-104bpmwhich I think is the correct rate. A ny
