Can't believe I've finally turned into one of those crazy runners! Not very fast, but enjoy a good long run up on the South Downs. Sometimes.

I started running about 11 years ago. I've been running ultras since 1998. Joined Sale Harriers in 2000 where they think I'm a bit crazy for running so far! Which of course I'm not.

As mum of a toddler, running gives me a bit of 'me' time as well as trying - not always with success - to slow down a 'middle youth' spread ! I find it hard work but am totally motivated by the adrenaline high after a run.... Does that make me crazy ?!!
