Who is doing this race. I shall be there to watch, wonder and cheer all you crazy, fit people. It's a fab. part of the world - you would have to go a very long way to get better scenery!! not that you lot will have the breath to look at it I am sure

Apparently they'll be discussing whether running is bad for the knees. Could be interesting. It seems that - unless there is some other condition - running is very beneficial . I think running is ok on the knees as long as you do a bit if strength

Actually an inguinal haematoma.Has anyone had one of these? If so, what was your recovery time and rehab strategy?I'm waiting for physio at the moment but have been told no running or cycling (of which I do lots normall) in the meantime. Haven

I'm sorry to say I wasn't very pleased to find at the end of the race there was no mementos, even though they charged £7/£9 entries on the day. The race is run in an enclosed park so theres no expense for road closures also I saw no medical support
