I'm attempting to follow the RunnersWorld schedule to get me round the marathon in sub 3 hours. However, I am probably right at the limits of my running capacity, and find some of the suggested training runs almost impossible to achieve. For example

My partner has an elite start in this years FLM (via half marathon time) and is following the advanced RW schedule, she is really determined to run a good race and is training well, but at times is finding it hard to fit it all in with work etc
