who has wide feet...

, just trails and a bit of mud.I have used some cheap Mizuno off-roaders for a while but as they are not wide fit they rub if overused. Asics don't do a 2E wide ft trail shoe so I am considering New Balance M781, Flyroc 310 or Roclite 315. Would

like the Road AW does, and has slightly deeper lugs than a pure road shoe could be mistaken for a trail shoe. We just want to make sure that less well-informed runners than yourself don't make the mistake of thinking the Road AW is an off-roader! Hmmm

Which Trail/Off Road Shoes
On 21/03/2008 in forum
equal to Nike Air Span 5

that haven't given me hip pain. Can anyone recommend any??? Nike Trail or Winter Pegasus might be one of the most similar shoes? Span Triax is only very mild support so a neutral off-road shoe, where the terrain can be uneven, could be the best way to go
