I was always under the impression that if you exercised hard then you're supposed to sleep well afterwards.I seem to do quite the opposite and am awake into the early hours leaving me mentally knackered for the next day.Anyone else have this problem
twitching they burn for a while, and then they settle down, I get back to sleep, and in the morning, there's no problem, beyond perhaps slightly rigid muscles, and that goes immediately once I stretch them.Why when I've been asleep then?Any readable books
How much does sleep affect our running?I'm guessing the more we get the better but how much is necessary for the average person?If i go without 9/10hrs sleep per night then tiredness definately builds up.But I have a friend who can survive on 4 hrs
