OK, so I can program my Garmin (Forerunner 305) to do speedwork. i.e. 1 mile at slowish pace, 3 miles fast and another 1 mile at slowish pace. However, when it comes to speedwork run on Smartcoach, how do I set that up?I have to do 1 mile warm up
