running club Chris. I run for Lincoln and District Runners. We are always very welcoming of new members. do you have speed sessions at lincoln district runners? cause ive joined hartsholme runners but they dont appear to have a dedicated speed session

After a 71 minute 10k 2 weeks ago decided to start speed work to get my speed up quicker. Did my first session last night. 400m quick, rest, 400m, rest.........5 times. Was going to do 4, but started too quickly on run 2 and 3, so decided to do 5
