Just be aware that there is No Stadium Finish this year. There is a photo from last year showing the inside of the Cardiff stadium on the Runners World website. This might give the impression that this is where the race finishes this year

for bout mile, across the top and back down the other side - then repeat again. on the last lap head back up hill then down the otherside and back to the stadium!!!! Its run through Middleton park, so no traffic. The route is a bit up and down apparently
