HiVery new to running but very enthusiastic. Currently I have one proein shake a day to aid in muscle growth and especially repair.is there anything else (ie creatine etc) that you think i should be adding to my diet? do other ppl use supplements

Can anyone recommend a good supplement brand. something that's good for joints plus gives you your rda. or two separate products that give you your vitamins, minerals and lube your joints. I don't really like taking loads of supplements myself
