HiHave entered for this years event. This was before I read any of the reports about last years. Assuming that these problems are fixed is this a good course to run .. road surface, scenary, crowds etc.

Odd combo of a bodybuilder and a mountain runner. I never run on flat surfaces- uphill training only! Even treadmills are set to serious slope. Hey, everyone's got to be good at something...

A great place to hold a race, like on top of the world!A few ups and downs, (more downs actually) but a really great surface to run on - low springy turf. This could get very popular!

I'm 28 and compete for Fleet & Crookham AC. I compete relatively seriously though at a mediocre level. I enjoy racing over all surfaces though enjoy excellent training surroundings in the area where I live(especially during the summer)

on the ankles and not a surface for a pb. Did this last year, very different to running on the road and unlikely to get a PB unless its your first 10k. Most places were hard surfaces and much tougher to run on.A good challenging race.

Chronic sore ankle from undulating roads and races. Takes 2 miles to get comfortable despite RICE etc. Pain when fully extended or flexed eg uneven surfaces and if malleoli squeezed together. Not good on waking. Any tips, difficult to avoid hills
