Ive got my heart set on doing a triathlon next year, but im having major hassle with my swimming. Im having lessons,but seem to have hit a BRICK WALL!!!!! I cant rotate my body and the least said about my arms the better!!! Anybody got any easy
i read this in a magazine yesterday. of course i know that swimming is better for your joints as it supports your body weight etc. and i am getting little aches and niggles since i started running. so should i be swimming instead? I would imagine
