sheltered bay which I am planning to swim across and back a couple of times, 3 or 4 times a week subject to the mrs not getting too fed up looking after the kids on the beach. Hopefully I'll get some running in too on the other days. Any tips are welcome
It is normal to have mixed feelings about the swim portion of a triathlon. Even experienced triathletes can feel nervous about the washing machine-experience that is the swim start. But with the right guidance you can make a first-class start.1

Im 26 years of age have recently taken up running to try and lose more weight lost 3 stone last year from swimming so thought see if i can try running now that i can..lol.so any tips well apreciated.
, they provided the belts and the sessions were in the diving pool (no diving allowed during aquajogging sessions!).Does anybody have any tips about the sort of belt to buy? Is it possible to aquajog in the deep end of a normal swimming pool? thanks Candy

every day and just doing length after length probably isn't the right thing to do....Thanks. You could try the BLDSA (British Long distance swimming association) although they do 'non-wetsuit' only races so their tips are probably more to do with cold
