Can anyone help me?I've started getting a sharp pain in my lower calf (just a bit up from my ankle). It's usually just as I shift my weight onto the ball of my foot. I also had this last year and put it down to running on tarmac too much

Anyone that has previously done the A20 Paths and Downs event. What is the going like underfoot? Should I use road shoes or trail shoes? well, if you read the website info it does say "The course is ..... all on tarmac....."that would help decide
heaviler, but being a bit of a tightass, Im thinking that the 333s will last a bit longer. The 272's dont look as if theyd stand up to much punishment ?Has anyone had both ? Any preference ?Theyre for 5-15 milers. No tarmac involved, obviously !Best wishes
