Hi my name is Dean and i have just secured a gold bond place with the British Heart Foundation for the FLM 2003, Its my first full marathon having run the great north run last year 2.10 so im quite nervous.I would love to hear from anyone else

Anybody running the FLM for these, i am.I am particularly interested in the training days they do, the next one is early Feb but it is along way from Yorkshire to London for a day so would appreciate if anybody has any views on if they are worth the travel.All comments greatfully...
