do circuit training as well and take 2 days off running altogether, i trialed it for 2 months at the begining of the year and, WOW my times are faster i feel fresher and am on course for a sub 4 hour marathon, has anyone else changed their routine

Okay, so it's not running, but I'd have to say that I think it looks like it might be a fun way to round off a tri season. It's not often we get to race our bikes on closed roads (especially for things as 'fringe' as time trials). I believe it may
