've ever seen in my life, I'm surprised they didn't recommend climbing gear and ropes!!! anyway did a time of 35 minutes which I was over the moon with as I haven't trained for 2 weeks. ankle is a bit sore but what the hell, doctors tomorrow anyway

and daughters raised money every time they did RFL. Now. they simply bin the letters demanding (and yes, they do demand) money.Maybe if the RFL organisers were a bit nicer about it, they'd have a bit more success.Men only? women only? Dont see the problem
