the runners world website is great for detailing running events....is there a similar one for cycling events that anyone knows of? I only know about time trial events not road racing but the tt official website which lists all the events
HI there i live in woking, surrey and am finding it really hard to find organised 5k runs in the area other than the guildford time trial. i have only just started running hence the 5k distance and would love to find a different run to do each month
I used to cycle competitively in my teens but running is harder! I ran my first 10k in 2003 aged 52 in Manchester. During 2004 I have been doing around 7 minute miles. I did a half marathon in 2005 in 1hr 51. Since 2005 I do cycle time trials
i used to be a teenage 800m runner in kent in the late seventies/early eighties running 1:53 at 17 and 18 years. now mainly a cyclist - time trials - do a bit of running in winter -don't overdo it.i'd be very happy to hear from anyone who i knew

Hi,I did a 1500m time trial at training the other day and i got 5.05. I have an 800m race at the weekend but i don't know what time to go for. My last pb was 2.27.55 so i was just wondering if there was a way i could calculate my 800m potential
