Having wallowed about in the mud in normal running shoes at the Stourgridge Stagger amd considering purchasing some Trail shoes for Great Grizedale Trail run and the Bluebell Trail. Should I be considering a hybrid shoe or a true trail shoe. Am 90kg
hi! i live in essex but want to add some trail running into my schedule. i realise that essex isnt famous for this so would love to hear of any beginners trail running that i could try! oh an i the lady who recommended the neo shin guards, they work
a difference.any help would be great.Cheers I use NB 906. They've got more cushioning and support than most trail shoes, so they're fine on the roads too. Not the best for fell running or thick mud, but great for trails/canal tow paths etc
