how was it for you?

.Disappointed to finish a 100 day plan so badly,but I take from it smashing my 10mile pb at Portsmouth and the reassurance that if I can run 1.39 feeling like a bag of spanners then I'm going to have a serious crack at 1.30 next spring.I'll say it again,lovely to meet so
