been running for 3 months. Was the motivation needed to give up smoking. Doing a Marathon in April 2007. Hopefully London, but if not, will travel to run it as not doing all this training for nothing! doing 10 miles comfortably after 3 months

paddy and james from wales travelled to run this yesterday and we are very glad we made the effort.very wet,very muddy and very enjoyable.great organisation and excellent goody bag.the course was challenging but doable for all abilities. lots
