I am thinking of entering this one this year. It would be my first triathlon. Anyone done this one before! What is it like?
Does anyone know whether the swim for this triathlon is in sea or pool?? There is no Brighton Triathlon now. It's been the South Coast Tri for a while and is held at Seaford just along the coast. Sea swim.http://www.southcoast-triathlon.co.uk Oh
Places available for first running of The Lancaster Triathlon. All those who have done MyTriclub events know how good they are..... http://www.mytriclub.co.uk/lancaster-triathlon-29th-july/
Never tried doing a marathon with no or little water supplied, let alone on the end on a long distance Triathlon. The supply of liquids on the run for the mid placed athletes was poor at best and negligent at worst.
I did my first triathlon without an specific plan. Anybody with a proper training plan for a novice/sprint event? Thanks check out www.trinewbies.com
