I know the best way to warm up before a run/race is to allow time for a proper warm up but at this time of yer when the weather is going to get worse, do any/many of you apply muscle runs on your legs to help in warming them up to avoid injury
How do other people warm up for runs? I've just been jogging for a couple of minutes, walked for a minute recovery, then done my run (30-40 mins), steady pace for the first section. I'm not sure my warm up is good enough though. Cool down I jog
