My stomach hates long runs!

to eat for the rest of the day. Had to persuade my Hubbie whose not a runner that I was about to expire after my last long run!I'm doing the Bath half this sunday and I'm worried it'll happen again. Any home remedies, words of wisdom would be welcomed.

An MRI scan confirmed a partially torn medial ligament. How long?

and that is where the pain is coming from. I was wanting to know a) whether I'll ever be able to run again, b)how long it takes before walking is not painful at all, c) if there is any things I can do to aid recovery. Any pearls of wisdom would be appreciated
