Not too many manufacturers have produced off-road shoes that cater specifically for the overpronator. That is the market Brooks is targeting with the Trespass. A dual-density midsole with a sturdy medial post and a supportive plastic midfoot shank provides the stability. There's Hydroflow in the rearfoot, and a flexible, well-cushioned forefoot. The aggressive lugs on the outsole are best suited to soft dirt rather than sticky mud, but they grip well. The soft rubber is also forgiving enough to allow the Trespass to make on-road forays with little discomfort.
A good shoe for runners looking for a cushioned, grippy and stable off-roader.
