Evaluation The Streetfighter C is simply the
Streetfighter SC minus its medial post. Despite lacking this stability device, the broad-lasted Streetfighter C still offers a good level of support for a cushioning model.
The removal of the post also lends the Streetfighter C a slightly softer feel than its stability sister. It's not as softly cushioned as, say, the
Adidas Supernova Cushion or the New Balance 1022, but it is comfortable. And, although it will appeal to heavier runners, lighter wearers found that the cushioning worked nicely for them, too. Another surprise was that despite looking rather wide and clumpy the Streetfighter C offered a good fit for narrower feet and a smooth ride.
In short A stable cushioning shoe that will appeal to more than just heavy runners. If you see the Streetfighter C on the shelf don't ignore it for more 'glamorous' rivals. Good value too.
