Wave Phantom at 257g,
and the £50 Wave Goodbye at 240g. Like the others, the Wave Goodbye has a good fit, a smooth ride, and moderate stability (for a racing shoe) thanks to a reasonably broad midfoot. Its cushioning is smooth, but firm enough and of a low enough profile to give a responsive ride. A good 5K to 10-mile shoe for light, efficient runners.
