Mizuno Wave Precision £59.99

Posted: 16 June 2000

This model may still be available on clearance. But we've reviewed a newer version since we published this.

Light, fast and smooth, the 320g Precision is a quick everyday trainer for efficient runners, or a marathon racer for others, and it’s one of Mizuno’s best models. The midsole and outsole, with its rubberised Wave cushioning plate, stays the same; the only changes are that the upper now has an even lighter open mesh new upper, and the midfoot fit is made more secure with Mizuno’s new Biolock strap, which integrates into the laces.

Last month's RW mag. had a shoe review and Mizuno Wave Precision 3 came out well. I been to Sweatshop, Runners Need, London City Runner, Runnershop and nobody's got them. Anyone know where i can find these trainers ???.

are you sure this is a new shoe? the Precision's been around for quite a while and is widely available - nice shoe as well BTW.

Achilles... They brought out a new, lighter version this summer (apparently) along with the Legend etc...

September... If you can't find a copy, just pop into Sainsbury's in Tooting... They're a bit late on the ol' RWs

Jon is correct, the Wave Precision was totally updated for the AW2002 season, but as Achilles stated has been around as a product for some time.

It was bought by retailers relatively well for the AW02 season so should be widely available. If you have any problems you can contact Mizuno customer services on a freephone number;

0800 3280180.

..and they should be able to direct you to your nearest stockist.
