Runners World may delete this thread as they will probably not want the negative feedback, but in December 2007 I subscribed to Runners World for three month with the offer from RW of a watch with everything I needed, stopwatch, split time, etc.

The months have gone by, still no watch and a number of standard email from RW stating that they have run out yet they are still advertising the offer.

On the forum advice they state DO NOT SLATE ANYONE WITHOUT OFFERING THEM THE CHANCE TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM.

I HAVE AND RW HAVE FAILED TO DELIVER THE GOODS.

Maybe this direct action will force they hand or they will be boot me off for good.

Can anyone advise re breach of contract ? Next course of action ?
