Our runners followed a bespoke training plan devised by our coaches Sam Murphy and Steve Smythe.

You can follow the training plans that took them to marathon glory - pick a training plan from below (we have sub 3, sub 3.30, sub 4, sub 4.30 and sub 5 hour plans), download it and stick it to your wall. Don't forget that you can follow a plan and track your runs using MY ASICS too.
