3 Kick-start your training
Visit TriLive's speaker zone to pick up training advice on everything from how to train for your first triathlon to what to eat and drink for peak performance. Speakers will include triathlon coach and GB triathlete Ralph Hydes and Julian Goater, top running coach and former GB athlete. Other speakers will be confirmed closer to the event.

Warm up for the season ahead by taking part in one of the many great races on offer at TriLive. Events include a TriLive Duathlon, the Outdoors Show 100 Bike Ride (which will be started by James Cracknell) and the Outdoors Show Run, ensuring there's something
