Great event. Everything came together, the weather, the firm course, the family atmosphere and the great organisation. I’ve run every edition of this race and it’s still one of my all time favourites. Low key but brilliant.

A very well organised event over a fairly challenging, all off-road, course.

Excellent local 10k over a nice scenic course. A few challenging hills but also some fast undulating well surfaced paths. Great organisation and friendly. A shining example of a good locally organised race

Very enjoyable race on a pretty common just outside London - enough hills to slow you down but without making it a struggle. Great atmosphere - the 2K fun run is a brilliant touch and makes for loads of enthusiastic supporters. £1 for a cup of tea and a delicious slice of cake in the scout hut afterwards!

My second time running this 10k course. I was given a carrot when I finished and it was delicious!

Excellent. A good fun, well run event. From the moment Rob, the organiser, climbed on his step wearing his union flag shorts it was clear the run was going to be a memorable one. After singing the national anthem we set off around Ashtead Common. It was not an easy race but great countryside and a friendly crowd made it very enjoyable.

Excellent Ran the kids race first, so many little ones loving the 2k course and the organisers interaction with the kids was fabulous. Excellent fun, as has become the standard for trionium events.

Smiling on a Sunday A fantastic mix of fast trails, lumpy tufty bits and squidgy bits. Add to the mix great scenery, the enthusiasm of the marshalls and the wonderful organisation and personal touches that Dr Rob and the Trionium team bring to their events I came, I ran and cycled home smiling. The effort of the organisation is appreciated and always like the Trionium goodies.

Great atmosphere, scenery and organisation. Scenic course with a few more challenging sections for good measure. Excellent family atmosphere. Don't mind singing at the beginning (part of the warm-up..) and organisation very good overall. Couple of very small niggles - station car park no longer free on Sunday and a few of the km markers were a bit off (although bang on at 5 and 10k). Would definitely do again (and in less than 9 years this time!)

A fantastic race Excellent organisation, friendliness, a free carrots and a free draw afterwards. What more could be wanted by man or beast?
