ENTRIES FOR THE ABINGDON MARATHON ARE NOW CLOSED. RACE PACKS ARE CURRENTLY BEING PREPARED AND NO FURTHER EXCHANGES OF NUMBERS ARE POSSIBLE. RACE PACKS WILL BE SENT OUT AROUND THE END OF SEPTEMBER.

Road race licence applied for
Course mainly flat, with the start and finish at Tilsley Park athletics track. It passes through the town, alongside the River Thames and follows a scenic two lap route through several villages.
Chipped timing, drinks stations every three miles, isotonic drinks on course, course support for five hours, police cover, some road closures, well marshalled, first aid cover, proceeds to charities, food available at start and finish, results available on website. Course not suitable for wheelchairs. All runners must be at least 18 years old on race day.
