Recently voted Best Club Event by the British Triathlon Federation, Thames Valley Triathletes’ Beale Beastie is a sprint distance triathlon set in the stunning Beale Park, Berkshire. Brilliant as a season starter for both novices and experienced athletes.
The Beale Beastie is a 400m open water lake swim in the cool, clear waters of Beale Park Lake. Enjoy a challenging 20km bike ride on road through the glorious Berkshire Downs – taking on one or two notorious local hills (it is a Beastie after all). To finish up, your 5km run passes through beautiful parkland, along the banks of the River Thames and into the dappled light of Beale Park woods – truly mixed terrain.
All competitors receive an event t-shirt, and a shiny medal. You can also buy an exclusive event technical tee, and a hoody to remind you that you beat The Beastie! We’ve got lots of loos, an event village and plenty of food and drink to buy after the event.
Make the most of the day by taking your friends and family to discover the world of Beale Park. Home to a wild mix of animals and attractions, all competitors can enjoy a discount on entry into the wildlife park on the day of the event.
