Take on the toughest Sporting Challenge in Gloucestershire!
You will start the race at Cheltenham Race Course alongside the Gloucestershire and Warwickshire Steam Train, leaving at 12pm.
The Steam Train heads North Westerly to Winchcombe whilst the runners take a North Easterly route with a short run through Southam and over the highest point in the Cotswolds, Cleeve Hills, to Winchombe.
Total length to Winchcombe - 6.61 miles
From Winchcombe back to Cheltenham Race Course
If you've decided to Race the Train with a friend, then it is at this point where your teammate will be waiting to complete the run back.
Start the return journey with a short run along the road before turning right to take you off-road and pick up the Cotswold Way footpath, back over Cleeve Hills and descending down back to the Race Course.
An average eight minute mile will see you Beat The Train!
