The event comprises multiple laps of a 2.014km course which is officially measured and registered as the Fauja Singh Training Course. There is a feeding station at the start/finish of each lap.
Race start at 8:04am (sunrise) and finish at 15:53:44 (sunset) - participants will be allowed to finish the lap they started if they pass the lap marker prior to 15:53:44.
Participants are permitted to stop and start again as often as they wish between the start and finish times so long as they inform the lap counter volunteers. The final placings will be based on the total distance covered between start and finish times.
To receive the half marathon plus (22km) medal participants will have to complete 11 laps, for full marathon medal. 21 laps need to be completed and the Ultra medals are for those who complete 25 laps or more. The record is 48 laps (96.672 km) by Nathan Montague in 2013.

The 10km (5 lap) race will start at 10:00am.
There are two marshalled road crossings
Entry fees by 11 December 2016 are £35.00 for Ultra, Full and half marathons. £10.00 for 10km race.
RW on-line entries are preferred but cheques also accepted and need to be made payable to SIKHS IN ENGLAND and posted to:

On the day entries (IF RACE LIMIT NOT REACHED by 7:30am) will cost an additional £5.00 each - CASH ONLY.
Running numbers and final instructions will be posted by 11 December 2016 BUT RETURNABLE CHIP WILL NEED TO BE COLLECTED UPON ARRIVAL BY 7:30 am for Ultra/full & Half Marathon and by 9:30 am for 10 km race.
We have arranged a discounted bed & breakfast rate with a local hotel (suitable for runners’ basic needs) together with discounted meals. Twin and triple rooms available. A shuttle service to the race venue can be arranged if required (Please let us know by 4 December 2016).
There is free parking along the route.
