If you are confident to run at a steady pace of 1:28, 1:30, 1:35,
1:40, 1:45, 1:50, 1:55, 2:00, 2:05, 2:10, 2:15, 2:20, 2:25, 2:30, 2:45, 3:00, 3:15 and a sweep runner (3:30) then we would love to hear from you, plus, free club promotion.
Club Orientated Water Stations
If your running club has 'non runners' and they would like to get involved, we are inviting five clubs to dress and impress the water stations at this event. You will require a minimum of 5 people to set up, distribute the water bottles and clear up the water station, we will provide everything. You can brand the station however you wish and add your club colours and a personal touch for free club promotion. You will also gain the same amount of spaces into the 2019 Devizes Half Marathon for your club as what you provide (max of 10).
Water stations are located at 4, 7, 9 & 11 miles and the finish line.
The Devizes Half Marathon will start on Church Walk, next to The Green. The route will go down Nursteed Road and head towards Monument Hill before looping off into the surrounding villages. There will be a mid way timing point and first aid station on the course. The finish line will be on The Green with a spectator friendly loop around the field. There are 4 water stations, all of which will provide bottled water (not cups) and jelly babies.
