A mass-participation 10K road race through the heart of Bradford for the national charity, Epilepsy Action, the UK’s largest member-led epilepsy charity.
The event is now in its second year and is supported by Bradford City Council and Airedale Athletics.
The course, which starts and ends in Bradford’s stunning Centenary Square, covers a flat route, ideal for serious runners and first timers alike. Anyone aged 15 and over can take part.
If you are a serious runner then you will be attracted to the course because of its flat route, ideal for runners to record fast times and even personal bests (with results recorded by chip).
Alternatively, if you are a novice runner and you just want to ‘have a go’, then everyone is welcome (although to run you do need to be 15 or over). A 10K route is ‘do-able’ for most people – we can even help you out with a training plan!
