Registration will open at 7.30am. We suggest you get there early so you will have the chance to ride on the track before the race to warm up. Helmets must be worn at all times.
The race will now start at 8.30am and the last competitor should finish by 10.30am.
Race tun through.
You head out of the cycle park and up the hill and turn right at 800m over the A2. Then follow the signs that will take you on the first 5k lap. You then turn left to start your 2nd lap.
Then back onto the track for a 30k bike (12 laps) Is easy to keep count if you have a speedo. We will also have a 2nd timming clock to help you keep count. If you don’t have one just time your first lap then just keep adding that time to each lap. You will get a bit slower but you should still be able to work it out.
Its then back out onto the second run and that’s the first 5k loop again. We will have water bottles to take out at the start of the second run.
We have now added a map of the run course.
There will be a race brief at the 8.50am to go over the whole race.
The Prize giving will be after the last person has crossed the line
All our events are covered by BTF and our own Public liability insurance.
