Newton Abbot Ladies' 10K
Sunday 23rd September 2018
The race starts and finishes at the beautiful Dornafield Caravan and Camping Site.
2018 will be our 21st year at this superb venue where excellent changing facilities and showers will be available to all competitors. It is situated just off the A381 which runs between Newton Abbot and Totnes. Parking is available on site.
The scenic course follows undulating rural lanes throughout, with little traffic and passes through the local hamlets of Ogwell and Denbury. Drinks will be provided at approximately 5 and 8 km and at the finish. The course is well marshalled with Ambulance cover in attendance.
There will be refreshments available before, during and after the race. Who can resist our famous Trotter cakes!
£2 of your entry fee will go to Mr Dewhirst,'s (the owner of the camp site) chosen charity, Bowel Cancer UK.
There is a strict race limit of 300. Entries will be taken on the day if that has not already been reached.
Please note that headphones are not permitted and anyone caught wearing them will be disqualified!
The Trotters are very keen to encourage youngsters into our sport and are therefore offering free entry to all 15 -17 year olds.
