The Resolution Run will return to Heaton Park on Sunday 4 March 2012. Why not sign up and make this your first step to keeping that important new year's resolution!
This time, you decide the distance! With a 5km, 10km, or 15km route available on the day you can choose your own challenge.
The course at Heaton Park is a relatively flat route and the perfect opportunity for novices to try running (walking or jogging) or for a seasoned runner to warm up for longer distances in the future.
The event is a fun approach to achieving your goals and to reward you for your hard work you will receive a medal and a Stroke Association T-Shirt.
Stroke is the UK's third biggest killer and the leading cause of adult disability. By signing up for Resolution Run, taking regular exercise and following a healthier lifestyle, you will be reducing your own chances of having a stroke in the future.
Resolution is an opportunity to raise much needed funds and awareness for those affected by stroke.
It's only £10 to enter and there is no set sponsorship target, we just ask you to raise as much as you can!
So what are you waiting for? Sign up online today and join the Resolution revolution!
The registration fee covers the cost of organising the event, the sponsorship money is used to help all those affected by stroke.
