Run 13.1 miles through beautiful North London, and solve an abominable murder from 1873.
On the day, you and your team will travel back to Victorian London to meet a fellow detective in a secret location near Highgate - they’ll get you up to speed on the crime scene and the investigation so far. You’ll receive your map and brief, and then you’re out on the course to find clues, interrogate suspects and extract vital information from important witnesses.
It's 1873 and just 16 days after it's grand opening, Alexandra Palace has been burnt to the ground. It's your job to solve a murder that happened in the chaos, over the course of a half marathon run. In an era dominated by grand designs, superstition, and curious ritual, will you be able to crack the case faster than the other teams of crime-fighters? Whether you’re a seasoned marathon runner or it’s your first stab at a half, you’re guaranteed plenty of distractions on this immersive running challenge.
The route will be picturesque, taking in Alexandra Palace, Hampstead Heath and Highgate, but be warned, your business is far from charming. Have you got what it takes to solve the Secret Half in the North?
