This race takes place in the beautiful countryside in the Vale of Belvoir and is the 7th Stathern Duathlon. The run is a flat out and back and the bike route climbs a short sharp hill, incorporating a KOM stage within the bike leg, before following the top of the escarpment and turning left away from the beautiful Belvoir castle before returning to the park in Stathern and finishing with a repeat of the 1st run.
The event raises funds to provide quality sports coaching opportunities for young people in the village and also supports Derbyshire, Leicestershire & Rutland Air Ambulance.
There is a beer and cake stall free to all competitors.
We are also accepting team entries for teams of two or three persons to complete the event as a relay team.
All other details can be found on the event website, which also includes a video of the event.
On the day entries subject to availability.
Supervised bag storage
