The Sussex Living East Grinstead 10 Mile Race is one of three races being staged over the weekend of May 5th, 6th and 7th. The other two races are the Sussex Living Haywards Heath 10 Mile Race and the Sussex Living Burgess Hill 10K. Together the three races will cover 26.2 miles - the classic marathon distance.
Run them individually – or take part in all three, and if you do run 26.2 miles you'll receive a specially designed Commemorative Sussex Living Marathon Weekend Medal in addition to individual race medals.

You might not want to rush this race!! A gloriously scenic race using an undulating trail and pathway course in and around the stunning Mid Sussex countryside around East Grinstead, using mainly traffic free routes. Would suit runners of all standards including those new to 10 mile races.
Positions in this race count towards overall series prizes for those completing all 26.2 miles over the three races (first 100 male and female finishers in each race score points).
