For up to date info: @TR20info #TR20
Online Entry Only. £24 (£22 UKA affiliated).
Flat, traffic free and mostly off road route along the south side of River Thames. From Race HQ (start and finish) at Bishop's Park, runners cross Putney Bridge and trace a 10 mile out and back route to Richmond. The terrain varies and is uneven in stretches. Primarily gravel with mud in places and limited lengths of footpath. Normal road or trail shoes will be ideal.
Each mile point will be marked. In the event of unexpected maintenance or flooding on the route, well-marked short diversions may be introduced.
Runners will need to keep left at all times since the course will be open to the public who retain right of way. For Mile One and at several other points along the course, boathouse users will have priority and runners must give way.
The run will start in ascending pace groups (i.e. sub 7 mins per mile to 10 mins per mile) at two minute intervals. Runners will need to ensure they are in the correct pace group and at the start on time, otherwise recorded finish times will be incorrect. It will not be possible to change pace group on race day.
Getting to TR20:

Professional and volunteer bicycle first aiders will be located on the course. An ambulance crew will be located at race HQ. If runners are in need of assistance, at any time during the race, they should ask a fellow runner to inform the next marshal or cyclist. Runners must record emergency contact information on the reverse of their race numbers.
