The Abbots Langley Tough 10 returns again in 2019 for the 37th year.
The tough 10K course takes you around the pretty villages Abbots Langley, Bedmond, and Kings Langley.
The race aims to raise funds for local charities and beneficiaries. Over the years the event has provided specialised equipment for the less mobile in the form of hoists, beds, wheelchairs, and tricycles as well as assisting local schools with special projects and individual beneficiaries to improve their quality of life.
If you know of any local individuals or an organisation that wishes to be considered for support from the Tough Ten funds you can contact them via the race website here.
The race is suitable for experienced runners and beginners alike and with the option of either 10K, 5K, 3K, and 1K races, so there are events for all the family!
There will be chip timing for the 10K, 5K, and 3K races.
