You can choose either a 5K or 10K route which will be chip timed and fully signposted and marshalled. The route is flat so ideal for all ages and fitness levels. In addition, there will also be a 2.5K route being open to all ages.
You don't have to run, you can walk or jog on your own or with friends, family and colleagues and enjoy the park's amazing scenery. The run is open to all and you are welcome to run for the charity of your choice.
Your race entry includes, a medal for all finishers, group warm up, chip timing, the chance to win a full fitness CPET test as well as other prizes, medical support, and water and healthy snacks at the end of your race. There will be a formal presentation at 11:00 am with prizes for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd male and female in the 5K and 10K plus prizes for age group category winners, for both male and female finishers.
Please ensure you arrive in good time before the run starts which is at 10am. Registration opens from 8.30am. The 5K and 10K course will be accurately measured and held under UK Athletic rules.
