Part of a weekend of events, free demos and talks at the Hoad Hill Festival of Two Feet.
The Jogging Pals Hoad Hill 5k trail run/Nordic walk/walk – a 5k route run over footpaths and trails around Ulverston, finishing with a climb to the iconic Sir John Barrow monument on Hoad Hill. Open to runners, Nordic walkers and walkers aged 10 years+*, and with a generous 2.5 hour cut off time, this challenge event is a perfect entry to trail running/walking for the whole family.
There will be prizes for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd male and female runners and the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Nordic walkers. All finishers will receive a medal. Free event photographs.

*Children aged 10-15 years must be accompanied by a parent/guardian who must complete the event disclaimer. This will be available during the online entry process. Children aged 16-17 years will be able to run unaccompanied but their parent/guardian will need to complete the event disclaimer during the online entry process.
